Overview
Arts & Ideals is a 7,500-square-foot immersive exhibition that uses President John F. Kennedy’s own words and legacy to explore the power of the arts in shaping culture, politics, and national identity. The exhibit tells the dual story of Kennedy’s presidency and how the Kennedy Center came to exist as a living memorial to his vision.
I served as a project manager overseeing the audiovisual design and execution, including large-scale video takeovers, immersive historical content, and interactive pillars centered on the Kennedy Center’s mission and ideals. Working with external AV partners, historians, and internal stakeholders, I helped translate complex history into an emotional, modern, and accessible experience for millions of visitors.
This exhibit became the first permanent museum installation in the Kennedy Center’s history, establishing a new standard for how the institution preserves and shares its story.
